dude this behavior is gonna get her fired. truly. my boss and I are at a loss of how to address it - she just gets soooo worked up and stressed as if the weight of the whole company is on her shoulders - it’s an entry level position!!!!!

she has called me absolutely sobbing because she’s waiting on marketing and the accounting department said we don’t have the money to pay for something - two things that are absolutely not her fault or her problem. it’s not this deep. truly. worked herself into a damn tizzy. it’s just a job.

already has! literally someone I met via improv has JUST moved to Santa Fe (she was coming to improv and scoping out Santa Fe for the last 4 months) and she’s staying in the guest casita now! 🥳

Yeah I don’t think she’s gonna notice. Plus I’ll see her enough via improv and group settings I can probably get away with not reaching out. It sucks cause she’s actually a lot of fun! But the making plans with her always pisses me off.
