there was some stuff on the tray below before I moved it and took this photo, so that's probably why some of the icicle ends are misshapen.
So, I recently turned down the power on my refrigerator, and the ice that accumulated on the cooling unit has been sloowwwly transforming from a bed of crystals into this shape. You can feel a thin layer of liquid if you touch it and liquid drops at the ends of the icicles.
