This innovative approach involves silicon nitride mechanical resonators coupled to planar superconducting circuits, marking a significant advancement towards resonant coupling between high-quality factor mechanical resonators and low-frequency superconducting qubits.
Himanshu's thesis, titled "RF Transduction in a DC-Biased Superconducting Electromechanical System," showcases his groundbreaking work in developing a DC biasing scheme for hybrid quantum systems.
