Is it just me, or does it seem more appropriate when French words are set in a serif?

There is nothing that will convince you more thoroughly of the importance of the open source movement than having to work with Salesforce
I hope we're prepared to stand up for the public servants who are being failed by this government. I hope we can ensure that Canadians have access to the healthcare, education, and public services they need.
There are some very interesting conversations that we could β and should β have around the implications of a budget passing in the House, not because it had the support of the House but because Canadians wanted to avoid another election.
I had a manager at a job once who would watch the cameras and call us to complain if we weren't cleaning or whatever. Pretty wild stuff.
Michelle Rempel Garner, Conservative MP for Calgary Nosehill, claims in the House that many of the asylum claims currently being processed by the Canada Immigration and Citizenship Office will be found to be "bogus" β how can she claim to know this? Sounds like some extraordinary arrogance to me.
I've once again completed a task which I had been putting off for a long time and it was embarrassingly quick and easy. This will happen again.
Here are my thoughts on Trump's bombing of Iran.
Just two months ago the US was looking to broker a deal with Teheran. Netanyahu was not going to let that happen. He suckered the United States into providing cover for his forever war.
The world stands at the brink.

Liberals and Conservatives are going to try to push through Bill C-5 today despite major issues with the extraordinary powers it will grant to the government. The NDP and the Bloc stand opposed.
Should I be thankful that Kevin Waugh hasn't yet spoken in the House this session? I feel like every Conservative to speak so far has been fighting to win the Most Unhinged awards.
sometimes you have to speak truth to power
Manitoba understands.
Beautiful morning in Saskatoonβ goslings with their parents by the river and it seems they're setting up for the Festival Fransaskois in Kiwanis Memorial Park
The Speech from the Throne will begin in about half an hour. You can watch live on YouTube.
I don't believe that critics/shadow ministers receive pay in addition to their basic Member salary. Is there another expense being added that I'm missing?
It's like, would you rather debate 100 random strangers or 1 gorilla
I'm reluctant to accept that the "MAGA lites" in the prairies are meaningfully different from the folks in the US β we disregard them at our own risk, just as they were the subject of so many jokes in 2015/16. If we fail to organize around a more inspiring vision, they will continue to multiply.
Nothing but gratitude to everyone who made these last 35 days possible, thank you so much π§‘
I appreciate you asking. The reality is that we can't be sure of the result until the ballots are cast, but we've seen what the Liberals are able to do in Saskatchewan in the past few elections and I know they haven't been organizing here in the last couple years. The NDP has much stronger support.
Strategic Voting is one thing we're hearing a lot of on the doorsteps, but in Saskatoon South, we have to remember the Liberals are not here for you, they're only here for the election and then they're gone again.
In this election. Voting NDP means our community gets a real voice in Parliament.
Week 2 of campaigning was pretty fantastic, an office opening, the weather turning in our favour for door knocking, and some K9 visitors coming in to volunteer!

It's go time, Canada.
Here we go, the writ's dropped and it's go time. E-Day is April 28th, that's 36 days to win this seat so Saskatoon South has the representation it deserves.
Mark Carney will lead the Liberal Party into the federal election, but in Saskatoon we know that it's the New Democratic Party against the Conservatives. I look forward to being one more piece of bad news for Poilievre.
Look at your snow covered yard, now back at this post. Now back to your yard, now back to this post.
Sadly, there's too much snow. But you know what would make it look better? An NDP lawn sign.

Free and fair elections are fundamental to Canada. We canβt let bad actors interfere in our democracy. Our democracy is in danger. Add Your Name β letβs get Elon Musk out of our politics www.ndp.ca/protect-electoral-process
Got to spend some time with SEIU West yesterday outside St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon, trying to raise awareness for their collective agreement process.
Healthcare workers in Saskatchewan deserve a fair deal, safe working conditions and to see an end to staff shortages.
Pierre Poilievre was asked very clearly where he stands on gender. His refusal to give an answer should be enough to tell us heβs not fit to lead.
Trans rights are human rights β Canada doesnβt need a Prime Minister whoβs afraid to say so. When people tell you who they are, believe them. #cdnpoli
If you're feeling defeated today β take the time you need to recharge and, when you're ready, be sure to connect with people in your life. We will need stronger community connections going forward.
Nothing is over.
