Authorised Representatives are volunteers who carry out visits to NHS and social care services to see how they are delivered and gather experiences from people using the services.

Our office will be closed from 2pm on Wednesday, 24th December, and will reopen on Monday, 5th January. We will operate with limited staff on Friday, 2nd January, so response times may be slower than usual.
