🎯My project aims to examine whether familial ISR gene variants contribute to autoimmune and autoinflammatory syndromes, such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and STING-associated vasculopathy in infancy (SAVI). (4/7)

Recent studies suggest that ISR mediators can interact with innate immune sensors, like STING, to drive type-I interferon production in response to nucleic acids or toxins. (3/7)
