We call on Salem-Keizer School Board to endorse House Bill 40791 "Safeguarding Students and Families Act," is proposed Oregon legislation requiring K-12 schools, public universities, and community colleges to immediately notify parents, students, and staff if federal immigration agents (ICE) are verified on campus.
