I pitched my manuscript for almost 3 years before it landed me my agent this summer. Never give up!

Bit the bullet and bought a new MacBook to replace my dead laptop.

Send me all your tips and tricks for a PC girlie making the switch to a Mac.

Thinking I may pull the trigger and get my first MacBook. I’ve had an iPhone for over a decade so I’m mostly familiar with iOS.

Anyone have any pros or cons when using a MacBook for writing or research?

The worst has happened - my computer stopped turning on.

Thankfully, the latest draft of my current work is with my agent. But I had several WIPs saved that I hadn’t backed up to a flash drive yet.

Let this be a lesson - always back everything up right away!

Sent the second draft back to Rebecca for another round of edits. It’s going to be a long few weeks waiting on the MS to come back and to hear her thoughts on some of the changes!

I see you there, putting in the work. Keep at it. Write that thing. Paint it. Sculpt it. Compose it. Photograph it. Play it. Record it. Choreograph it. Draw it. Cook it. Knit it. Whatever. Keep making art.

It’s a struggle, for sure. But I’m so ready to get this book out in the wild so I’m excited to put the work in! Hopefully, I still feel that way when it’s said and done 😆
