I-V-VI-VI drives me fucking crazy. It's also getting worse. I was at my niece's birthday party last year and every single song on her Spotify playlist was that pattern. It is a torturous hell.

Elektronisches Zeitecho (Electronic Time Echo(?) my german isn't that great) by Der Zyklus AKA Dopplereffekt on Clone's Aqualung series. Notice the cut of the record starts toward with a huge space at the start, leading to the question, should this have been a 10" single?
yeah I had no idea either, I assumed they made a slightly smaller stamper. But look at this Der Zyklus 12" on Clone

I always wanted to do a 10" on Giallo Disco but never got around to it, our distributor advised us against it because it would have to be pressed as a 12" and then cut down, then I noticed a lot of my drexciya / dopplereffekt & side project 12"s are all cut for 10" just not trimmed. Wha?

In the olden days I was repeatedly told that a record had a 3 month sales window. It brings me great joy that people are able to discover my music far after the fact. It is undoubtably a better system.
