For any creative burnout I would do something that doesn’t involve the parts of the brain that you’ve over used. So writing burn out, nothing that involves language processing, or creative thinking. Do physical movement, DIY, gardening, play a musical instrument
There’s usually some at the bottom of the washing up bowl. Just waiting to fall out when you tip the water away…
You could also check your dishes, they like to run away with them.
