I have found, since living in one myself, that books about dystopian nightmares aren't fun anymore. They're reclassified as horror books and off my shelf for now. I can't burn the candle at both ends. Goodbye 1984. Goodbye Handmaid's Tale.

Maybe I'll dust them off in 4 years.

When you randomly think of an old friend, do you reach out to them? I do. It's been so nice reconnecting with old friends.

Fun fact: Panic! at the Disco is both the name of a band and how I personally react when I am at a disco.

Drawing boundaries is hard, but necessary. I've spent my whole life finding a backbone with people I love, and that has cost me many relationships.
