It's digital artwork made by The Witch of Art. It was commissioned by TurquoiseWolf69. In the top panel, it shows Toriel giving Dess a knife as a way to correct her bad habit, while she's giggling. Dess was embarrassed for being caught. In the bottom panel, it shows Carol being defensive about her daughter, and she asked Azzy "What are your intentions with my daughter?", and Azzy felt intimidated, as if she's a cop.
