True. I feel like it wouldn't be impossible to update the Classics app to introduce such restrictions, and update Home to be able to choose specific Classics save files, but who knows how much work that'd be.

Didn't the 3DS virtual classics have the ability to restrict save states and such on a per-game basis? Is that not something they can do on the Classics app, they didn't make it with possible restrictions in mind?
