I used to vacation, shop and pick up parcels in the US at the very least 4-6 times per year, likely spending at least $5,000 every year. I am 56 years old and, as of November 2024, I will not be returning to the US for the remainder of my life. It is now an authoritarian failed state and dangerous.

It seems like every damn day since the night of November 4, 2024. Although I’m not fundamentally against capital punishment for the most heinous of crimes, I’ve never wanted to see the execution of so many people for high treason as I have been these last two months.
