Do we know how many trained maths teachers are currently not teaching? If they have left the profession do we know why?
You could add in some exploring with the spinners e.g. uou are allowed a certain total number of minutes but you can split them however you want as long as they are all different. Is a spinner with 13, 17, 16, 14 better than 1, 55, 4, 0 ???
This is wonderful. Lots of opportunity for exploration. Might they do a one sentence summary as an introduction to the idea of journal writing in maths?
