ADHD washing a pot:
1) Rinse out food
2) Inspect for stuck bits, remove all bits
3) Soap and scrub all inside surface ensuring equal suds coverage!
4) Inspect and resoap tracing steps of 3
5) Scrub outside (only once since it doesn't touch food
6) Rinse
7) If single bubble remains, repeat 6.

- Be kind to those with you
- Use checklists for "before-day-of-must-haves" and "on-the-way-out-the-door" things. Put them in conspicuous places like the kitchen counter or fridge door. Trash emptied? Dishes/sink clean? Lights off? Phone charger? ID? Meds?

Airports and flying can be tough and stressful for an adult with ADHD (๐ฟ๏ธ ๐ง ). Improve your life by not fighting to be "normal" and work with what you've got.
- Leave MUCH earlier than you need (at least 3 hrs)
- Pack ridiculously (> 3 days) early
- Expect to be flexible

Rejection Sensitivity Disorder (RSD) is real, and it affects you and those you love. Make the realization that your ๐ง is making things about you, that aren't about you. If you feel rejected, think "it's not about me." Trust me, it isn't about you. Things get better if you can remember this. โค๏ธโ๐ฉน
