Jesús I. Valles and Tatyana-Marie Carlo return to INTAR.

Carlo, a Broadway Women’s Fund 2023 Industry Woman to Watch, directed INTAR’s sold-out Vámonos (2023). Valles, co-writer of Unit 52’s With Deepest Regrets, Lupe Vélez at INTAR (2025), is a Princess Grace and Yale Drama Series Award recipient.

INTAR turns 60! 🎉 Our 2025/26 season marks our 60th anniversary and we are celebrating ALL. YEAR. LONG. Six decades of ground breaking theatre, bold Latine voices, and a whole lot of corazón. ❤️‍🔥

Flashback Friday to a powerful evening this past June, when we had the privilege of hosting the Fornés Institute’s culminating event. 19 playwrights took part in an intensive inspired by the visionary teaching methods of María Irene Fornés.

Their journey culminated in a evening of readings brought to life by our incredible UNIT52 ensemble.
