Today’s conference topic #NHSComplaints is where my speaking career began. Bringing together my background of counselling & death of a child in hospital means my talks are a mix of neuroscience, process & emotion. Thinking about WHAT is needed, WHY it is important & WHERE barriers lie. #empathy
