I’d be willing to bet he got a legal opinion before pulling out. My first thought is whether the contract has a clause that binds “successors, beneficiaries,...” It’s usually boilerplate, but it may not be in a contract for this type of thing. And the other factors at play here are pretty unique.

It depends on the enforcement mechanism in the law itself. I need to get around to looking for it. But if it’s silent (which I doubt), the consequence would be impeachment and potential prosecution for, say, obstruction of justice (fully aware that prosecution is a futile hope).

Well yeah, that and the fact that dead pedo bestie and many of his pals are in them.

CTE is a thing, but no holding out hope on my part that we’ll notice much of a change from a guy who already talked like someone who was dropped on his head multiple times as a child.
