Same principle works with my (mini) journaling. I haven't given up after 1 1/2 months yet! My handwriting is messy, I don't have cool looking spreads & don't care if I miss days bc empty space can be filled w stickers. It's for *me* only, I can do whatever I want 😤

Cheesy stuff but "allowing" myself to draw like a child has made me pick up art supplies & think about doing artsy things more often. Even bought some (water)colouring cards for just playing w colours without thinking about motifs. Lowering expectations towards yourself rly make u free lol

tbh ich bin oft das Gegenteil & schreib viel zu viel auf eine Postkarte. Aber ich hab auch schon Postkarten erhalten wo zB nur "Grüße!" oder andere ähnliche kurze Sätze drauf standen. Ist alles legitim!!
