It absolutely was fascinating, but when I say extreme body horror, I do mean extreme.
We watched The Ugly Stepsister (2025) last night. It was one of the best films I’ve seen this year, but I don’t recommend it unless you can handle extreme body horror.

69. The ugly stepsister (2025). A fresh, grim take on Cinderella, somewhat turning the tale on its head with cringe-worthy body horror, dark humor, & noteworthy themes. Fantastic visuals and solid writing; it doesn't reinvent the wheel per se, but it does what it does very well.
