Alert: A shooting involving U.S. Border Patrol was reported this morning in southern Arizona. One person was shot near milepost 15 on W. Arivaca Rd around 7:30 a.m., per Pima County Sheriffβs Dept. Identity not released.
It has been confirmed that Alex was a lawful gun owner and did not threaten ICE with a weapon. Early video reports indicate the weapon was taken by ICE and shots were then fired to execute him.
