DLD can look like ADHD, autism or dyslexia, but DLD (Developmental Language Disorder) is about spoken language. The core difficulties are with understanding and using words and sentences.

Parents of children w/DLD have unique needs. But support groups have not been adapted for use with this population. LSHSS study explored the needs of these parents & got their perspectives on participating in such a support group.
