Yes, its just blended baked oats but I like saying porridge cake more. Half a cup of oats, half a cup of milk, teaspoon of baking powder, dash of vanilla extract, half a banana, flax egg. Blend in blender, pour into lined dish, add whatever fruit, bake for 30 minutes at 200c in oven π
