Yes - southbound on Telegraph, and the driver was turning right on a green light to westbound 27th. Another cyclist crossed about 20 feet ahead of me, yet the driver clearly didn’t see me.
Almost hit by a right-turning vehicle while trying to cross 27th from the Telegraph Ave bike lane. Every time I ride this stretch of my commute I fear this happening.
Too many drivers don’t understand Oakland’s bike infrastructure, and riders are at risk.

I was an international grad student (from Canada) ~20 years ago. If there been a 4-year limit to F-1 visas and no OPT, I would have gone to a Canadian university - a decision many potential scholars and professionals will be making in the near future.
