I know in-verse some of this is explained as Muzan not letting demons band together or form bonds because he was always fearful of potential uprising, but I can't imagine it would mean there weren't EVER any small groups, outside of Rui.
I'd have loved to see pockets of groups who hunt together, more info on how demons break up hunting territory and how they mark it, if any unique cultures and customs formed among demons, if they had mates/lovers or friends or if they could have children and what that might have looked like.
We see that demons do still have emotions, clearly, and even though it turned sour, the two spider sisters did have a bond, one they forged AS demons. I know it wasn't the focus of the story, but I am sad we never see more humanization of the demons when they're demons.
