Something tells me this has nothing to do with Liberals don't know what they stand for, and has more to do with where this group of people gets their inoformation/news. What are they hearing and seeing on their screens? How does that correlate to polls.

National Post headline reads: IDF claps back against Anita Anand's criticism of the Gaza war Subhead reads: 'Israel is only country in the world that could be attacked on seven fronts and described as being the aggressor,' says IDF spokesman Lt. Col Nadav Shoshani By Rob Roberts
I'm back and I'm already VERY INCENSED about something from the National Post.
This piece, with its shitty clickbait headline attacking the Canadian government's tiny pushback amid an ongoing genocide, is written by the National Post's EDITOR IN CHIEF!!!
He rarely writes articles... (cont)
National Post excerpt from a second article Rob Roberts filed reads: "A group of Canadian journalists, on a trip sponsored by the Exigent Foundation, has come here to listen to Shlomo Margalit, an 87-year-old, native-born Israeli who co-founded the kibbutz in the 1950s."
So I looked into why he's writing now.
Turns out, according to his own articles, he's on a paid trip in Israel -- and the group paying (and the company of "reporters" that appears to be travelling alongside him) is EXTREMELY telling.
The group paying for the trip is the Exigent Foundation.
Georganne Burke reposts a video from Libs of TikTok captioned: "Illegal charged with attempted m*rder after slicing a man's neck open. These are the Democrats' heroes."
Georganne Burke reposts a post featuring a video and the following text: "Swedish father: "My son has been robbed 3 times. Twice by Somalis, once by Arabs. He's marked for life." "If I had a daughter I would follow her with a loaded shotgun" Welcome to Sweden, once the safest country on Earth."
Georganne Burke reposts an image claiming to showing a Palestinian man's weight gain alongside the text: "Palestinian man shows off his dramatic WEIGHT GAIN between 2024-2025. The only people starving in Gaza are the hostages" The quote post that she's reposting also has laughing emojis. To be clear, people are starving to death in Gaza. This is foul.
Vivian Bercovici shows a video of Muslim folks praying which the original user captioned: "Canadians are absolutely petrified to make noise when these are going on. You can hear a pin drop in there." Bercovici adds: "Pop up mosque in Toronto Just another day in paradise"
The group was founded by Larry Maher and Vivian Bercovici. Its board includes only two additional employees: Georganne Burke and Paul Devey.
Again, this is the organization PAYING FOR THE NATIONAL POST'S EDITOR IN CHIEF TO GO TO ISRAEL.
Here are some disgusting posts shared by Bercovici and Burke:
Harrison Faulkner posts: "Live view of the Southern Gaza war zone this morning where the IDF has been bombarding the Western suburban region of Khan Yunis. Reports indicate that the IDF has conducted at least 30 airstrikes this morning in Gaza."
Larry Maher, a founder of Exigent, shares Rob Roberts' article for the National post (written from the trip) and another piece from Harrison Faulkner for Visegrad24 (also written about Israel and Gaza)
Keean Bexte posts twice from Israel: "Just a kilometre from Gaza, I watched Israeli airstrikes pound Gaza Cityβ over 30 in a single day. The booms are constant. The smoke never stops rising. This is a full-blown humanitarian crisis, and there is no sign of a hostage deal. I have never seen anything like this." Another post: "I am just outside of Gaza, at the site of October 7th. Erie feeling seeing hundreds of memorials and stories with artillery constantly going off in the background, 590 days later."
Larry Maher replies "well said Keean" to Keean Bexte's post, which reads: "Just a kilometre from Gaza, I watched Israeli airstrikes pound Gaza Cityβ over 30 in a single day. The booms are constant. The smoke never stops rising. This is a full-blown humanitarian crisis, and there is no sign of a hostage deal. I have never seen anything like this."
Guess who is posting from all the same spots as the National Post's EIC, with an Exigent co-founder boosting their posts?
Keean Bexte (of Juno "News") and Harrison Faulkner (formerly True North, where he interviewed - jovially - the Proud Boys founder)
Sure looks like the same trip!
If I'm right about them also paying for Keean Bexte and Harrison Faulkner, as the evidence (locations, interview subjects, amplification by an exigent foundation founder) supports...
It seems the National Post top brass has found the class of "journalists" they belong alongside.
Disqualifying.
Anyways, I think it's the foulest indictment of the National Post that I've seen to date:
Its top editor is travelling, to "report" from Israel amid the mass slaughter of Palestinians, on the dime of an organization whose top members post viciously Islamophobic content.

The war in Gaza has killed or injured 170,000.
Children are starving to death.
Trump is encouraging the ethnic cleansing of 2.2 million people.
Why is there no discussion in the US government about why we are spending billions of taxpayer dollars starving children in Gaza?

Because an educated and informed citizenry has always been the biggest threat to a dictator's power.
