I decided to retire my pseudonym and start writing/existing online under my real name. So - hello! Iβm Carin. Nice to re-meet you.

I wrote about death and grief in my latest blog post. Hereβs an excerpt.
As part of working through the grief of the breakup I went through 9 weeks ago, Iβve been reflecting on grief more generally. I sat down recently and counted how many people I know who have died and asked myself whether Iβve truly processed the grief I have from all their deaths.
Enjoying the morning sun with Simone.

Alice suntanning. Lol.
I think some people have this idea that I put my entire life on the internet. Thatβs actually not true, haha. I do share a lot of very intimate, vulnerable work, but thereβs a lot I donβt share. I encourage you to think through what you feel safe and comfortable sharing.
Iβm posting this for encouragement if youβre in the βI want to start a blog but havenβt yetβ camp.
I think there are incredible benefits to writing and sharing publicly, but even if you keep your writing private, I think youβll be amazed at how transformative the practice is.
Starting a blog has been ridiculously impactful for my personal and spiritual growth, and itβs connected me with so many people who are on similar journeys. Starting a blog and posting to it somewhat regularly is easily one of the best decisions Iβve ever made.
I am now available to take on new listening session clients. If youβve been wanting to reach out, youβre warmly invited to send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Saving random bugs that get stuck in the house is so stressful cause itβs like, did it work out? Did I put them in an ok spot outside? Did they find their way to a proper bug home? What happened to the little bug :(
Awwwww
One of my favourite things is when the neighbour talks to the chickens through the fence when Iβm around the corner and he thinks Iβm not there. He says things like, βbok, bok, bok!β and βyouβre such a big chicken!β
Poppy with her friends.

βI didnβt want to pray. I wanted to have sex. I wanted to cuddle up to Jonah, pull his warm body against mine, feel his kisses on the back of my neck.β
New blog post is up. Itβs my 86th post!! Gosh. You can read it here:
