A short, one-page comic featuring my fire genasi character, Ridani. Here she is shown to have shorter wavy hair than she does currently. She's standing in water that comes all the way to her waist, and reaching up for a star. Around her, the sky and water glitter with stars, and her visible eye is full of stars. There's a kind of desperate want in her gaze and she looks up into the sky. The following panel shows a closeup on her hands, which are gripping a notebook tightly. Her short, red nails are visibly different from the pointed black talons she had in the last panel. the caption reads, "But I do." The next panel cuts to a full-body version where we can see that she's kneeling on the ground holding the same notebook. The ground in front of her is littered with pages covered in scribbles. She nods. “Maybe… They will make an exception for you. It’s already an unordinary swarm… A werewolf and two phoenixes.” She chuckles dryly.
“Oh… When is that?” Elaine rubs her neck.
Yeah, it is a little island full of magic folk like her! Her Uncle Ash is mentoring her to train in her powers.
Rosa had grown up in adoption with her dads Charlie and Pete while in hiding from the villain, Angus she had to move a lot. She was born with Earth magic which she had to keep secret but it was hard when provoked.
Her Uncle Ash brought her to her home country Feinixia to practice her powers.
Home has been a “touchy” subject for Donna growing up in a troubled household with her abusive father, her
mother disappeared. She flew the nest early to live with her brother Micheal and his boyfriend, Liam. They rescued a couple of sirens, it is an unusual but happy family. Anywhere is “home.”
Elaine nods. “Thankfully I can still heal while… I am myself. What I meant was…” She sighs. “My brother runs a nymph rescue shelter place despite their small living space. The girls live happily with them, they can play in the bath tub, eat nice food. No chains, no beatings.”
She sighs. “No… It’s not like that-“ She hits her head and groans. “I just… Oh shit you are bleeding!” She looks down at her hands. “Okay, I will try to quickly heal you.” Her hands glow orange and she touches the slash on his chest. “Here… It will just take a minute.”
Elaine pauses, how could she explain this demon possession problem to him? She turns and sighs. “It’s not safe for you to stay with me but… I can take you to someone who can take care of you.”

He’s not in the best condition… He looks a bit underweight, is wounded and has a chain around his ankle.
He seems to look for fish to hunt for.
Elaine looks down at her dress, covered in blood. “Yeah… I see I look scary right now but-“ Her head shakes as Envy tries to take control but she holds them off. “It’s okay… I’m not going to hurt you… I want to help you.” She hovers a hand over the chain. Red light emerges from her palm, it breaks.
A winged lady approaches him, she is like an angel but with dark wings. She furrows her brows and points to the chain. “Who did this to you?”

Microsoft demands you set your computer up this way and makes it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT not to. Here's the fix: Go to device encryption in settings. Turn off encryption. Go to your account screen in settings, and switch to a local account. Then turn encryption back on. KEEP A PAPER RECORD OF THE KEY.
