Listen, I’m grateful for the ACA, but I’m also STILL paying off the fines (…”taxes”…) for not being offered insurance through work for several years, and the only state plans available to me were $600+ monthly.

Ground Advantage or UPS SurePost are probably the cheapest options, depending entirely on the (oh god my replies) length and girth of the package.

This morning at Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HQ in DC as mandatory return to office began, this video played on loop for ~5 mins on screens throughout the building, per agency source.
Building staff couldn’t figure out how to turn it off so sent people to every floor to unplug TVs.

A couple months ago a cybertruck pulled up to the lesbian bar on my block. It sounded like a dumpster being dragged across pavement as I assume it hit the (very low, stone) curb. Shockingly, the driver was there for the bar.

I once got in trouble in Sunday school because the worksheet clearly said “put these events in order they happened in the story” and the teacher had us doing them as true or false statements.
Power tripping Sunday school teachers were an early factor in my eventual leaving of religion.
