Hey all I'm looking for work!
I'm experienced in character design and costume for games and film as well as illustration for books and TTRPGS. I'm based out of BC Canada looking for freelance or full time. My portfolio is linked in the first comment, thank you for shares!
get down from there.
Bro did you seriously slip these pearly bonds and touch the face of god?
The uffington white horse, a stylised horse carved into a hill, the depression is then filled with pounded chalk.
Look!!! Perfect! Chalk horses for everyone, free, and let no hill be left behind!
Vote for me for a chalk horse in every town.
Not especially exciting to watch right now, this sequence needs a few things added to it, illustrations, pop up menus and a bunch of frame by frame elements.
Here's the first full minute of my animation, I'm working on the next sequence which I'll post below and I'm VERY excited about.
a stylized 3d render of a large stone wolf head. in the foreground walk a shepherd and sheep.

Sick that!!!
I was inspired.
Brandon Sanderson's upcoming book "The Fires of December," along with the rest of Hoid's Storybook Collection, are currently available on Backerkit! I'm excited to share a peek at one of the many illustrations I painted for the novel.

thanks Allison!
I will concede there is a fanny in one of these drawings but I still don't think the post needed labelling.
Thanks Krista!
A drawing in black ballpoint pen on white paper, oriented vertically, of Snoqualmie Falls in Washington state. White water pours from the top of the frame in cascading sheets, and seems to curl and swirl as it falls toward the river below. Image is rendered entirely using freehand vertical lines and subtle gradients.
Art #1170 "Snoqualmie Falls"
Little #ballpointpen drawing I made last year of #snoqualmiefalls in #washingtonstate.

A tattooed lady twisting to look over her shoulder, she had to change poses so i ended up drawing her head twice. 20 minutes.
A tattooed ladies back. 15 minutes.
An untattooed ladies back, 10 minutes.
A lady reclining with her head on her arm? Sort of foetal position from above, 15 minutes.
How about some more life drawings
Oh great! I always worry I'm spamming but thank you!
I think I've got my process mostly worked out for now, so there are a few stops along the way that lend themselves to progress pictures.
Now I'm not saying i was inspired by something called a "blightking" and I'm also not saying that I'm aware it was a recent release that replaced something that was a "kit I own" or that I was at warhammer world just yesterday. I'm not saying any of that.
a knight in a mishmash of armout with some antlers nailed to the helmet, they have a ragged cloth and are carrying a little mace. on either side of them is a sword and bollock knife.

alright just this once I'll draw a knight who isn't a gender ambiguous twink (they still could be in there). having fun mixing and matching from various periods of time with this one, also I like making the mace really small, something menacing about it.
Time for some Friday fun! Beyond the Woods has five different origins inspired by Irish folklore: Daoine (DEE-nuh), Aos SΓ (ay-os shee or eys shee), Baloran (bal-OR-in), PΓΊca (POO-ka), and Changelings. Which one are you picking?

An illustration of a pink harpy (a mythical creature that is a combination of a woman in this case and a bird) with pale tipped wings in profile. She has turned her face to the viewer and looks surprised/frustrated as she holds a wriggling red snake in her mouth. The background is a light peachy pink
The hungry harpy may have bitten off more than she can chew
Welcome to my 2025 Monster Mashtober! What is that you may ask? It is my own personal month long challenge with no themes, lists, or rules other than to draw whatever creature I want. So, what monster do you want me to draw?
I actually think under all that harness they're probably some kind of ooze.
