"I only had to archive 2 years of posts" goodness substack have you ever even spoken to a person who reads online?
(thank you! I'm going to try this)

It's so annoying, to not have things disappear as they're read. So many people are publishing there, and I want to keep up, but it's overwhelming.
I'm sure you're seeing some THINGS. I would be hard pressed to spend time writing something no one would actually read. And vice versa - I don't want to read something no one actually wrote.
The amount of time I just spent trying to turn off predictive text suggestions in gd microsoft word is way too much. Every single AI feature should be opt in.
Before disabling, I typed 10 medium long emails, and the suggestion was correct only when I had already completed 90% of the word. Useless.
I was already an AI hater, but all these commercials are making me hate it even more somehow. Please stop destroying our environment so you can avoid a slight mental exertion.
These are so cute!!!
Thank you so much!!
Our vet runs this way, too. It's surprising when they don't tell you ahead of time, but I do enjoy not paying the exam fee when they really do just need a shot or a nail trim or whatever.
My alley neighbor (their house is behind and one over from me) does this. The entire rest of the street, as far as I'm aware, has permanently outside trash cans. They're just always out. I have no idea what they think they're avoiding by putting them in their yard during the week.
It will be fine! How long it takes to be fine is tbd.
PUPPYYYYYYY!! I'm excited for you guys!
I am not convinced an IT professional (an actually good one, not just the doofus who says "did you restart it?" when you open a ticket) could set up a printer with the usual app setup.
I think we need to do for this what we did for phones - figure out how to set the routers next to each other and they transfer what needs to transfer. Remember hand-writing everyone's phone number and then t9 typing it all into the new phone? Woof.
It is! Like oh yes ok phone, ipad, computer. But then you're like "wait my entire house operates online." My aquarium, for example. Why does it need an app? UNCLEAR.
Several years ago, we got a mesh network for our house, which has improved my life greatly, but the process of re-setting every online device (SO MANY) was so, so, SO infuriating. I feel you.
My credit union has a button in the app to tell them. It did mean something, at least in 2023, because I could not buy a DAMN THING in Paris until I clicked it.
I also hope that he doesn't get involved. It feels so easy to get sucked in, and that age seems susceptible to less than good decisions anyway.
Yes, this exactly! I went to a game last night, and I couldn't even enjoy that without hearing nonstop about betting. The dudes behind me would not shut up about their various bets.
Yes! It's all good!
I get this! I like normie cheese only. I don't want anything soft or marbled or moldy. Or if I can smell it.
Thank you. It's been about a year and a half now, it was activated by having covid in 2023. Like 99% of the time it's truly fine and I don't care, but sometimes a girl just wants to eat at a restaurant without becoming a full on researcher.
People get similarly upset when they find out that I do not eat breakfast foods. Bacon, eggs, sausage, french toast? Nope. Pass forever. Waffles is a single exception, but don't come near me with syrup.
It's all good! One of the biggest bummers of celiac is that gluten free pasta is only easily found in like 8 shapes, and half of them are long noodles.
All pasta is good pasta, I will not be taking further questions.
You can! It'll be terrible because a being that doesn't understand where and when to pee is always terrible, but a year ago I thought I would lose my mind from puppy and now here she is, snoozing while I yell at sports on tv.
Suddenly the cost of League Pass feels more than worth it.
I was fine. Maybe like, a little tired? The kind where you're like "could have gone to bed earlier I guess" but nothing keeping you from doing a regular day. I had the usual vaccine arm muscle soreness for about 24 hours, that was the worst of it.
That's quite enough for a Monday morning.
I miss the can deposit here in Illinois. No better way to scrounge up $10 from your parents' garage than taking the cans back.
In 2003, I rang up a 6 pack of beer for Bachelor Bob who was on the second or third season of that show. His band practiced not far from the grocery store I worked at, and the purchase lent itself to identity confirmation.
