I just finished #Mother3 & my head is spinning. It's a sequel to Earthbound w/ biting critiques of capitalism & colonialism, though problematic in its portrayals of race & gender-fluidity. There's so much in this game! Heartbreaking & fun & amazing structure & it's meta as all fuck! #miyoo #gaming

Omg truly! I have found Linux Mint to be a nice starting point. It is similar enough to Windows (but honestly mostly better).
I tried pop! Os but it wasn't for me.
You can usually flash a linux OS onto a usb and boot right from that usb to test it out, before wiping windows. We'll worth a try imo

Linux is very much worth trying! I ditched for a few reasons, but most of all because I was locked out of ever upgrading my pc to windows 11 and they ended support for 10 WAY too early.

Lmao, that isnehat I call my laptop (not a server but I use it to connect to each server!)

Finally:

Server 2 "Varrock" is my old gaming PC running Linux Mint. I only need to turn it on for streaming any movies or shows using my ARR stack and Jellyfin.

Maybe sometime I can share the whole project here 😁

Server 1 "Lumbridge" is an ancient Macbook running Ubuntu Server with docker running containers for my security apps, as well as music and audiobook streaming from anywhere.

maybe dont flirt with or give you number to the friendly barista/server/customer service person. It is a weird power dynamic. Maybe they are flirting bc they need more tips for rent? 😅

The other time I had someone gi e me their number I texted saying I was super flattered but already in a relationship. My coworkers gave me such a hard time for texting, saying it was way less awkward to just not acknowledge it haha

We worked close to one another so one day we shared a smoke and chatted (she worked at a Poutine 🇨🇦 shop & I worked at a cafe).
Turns out she was 18yo and still in high-school due to failing a year. I'd been graduated for 4+ years at that point so I politely ended our short friendship there.

One time a girl handed me her number on a paper coffee sleeve. I didnt realize and threw it in the garbage in front of her. I always seem disinterested but I am actually oblivious

I'm starting step 4! Lucky for me I have a wonderful partner who can help me out. Most of all I am just very hyperfocused haha

Adult #adhd experience:
1. Forgot to set an DR appointment to get a refill of adhd meds.
2. Run out of medication. You'll be out for several days until the appointment.
3. You go into withdrawal & extreme adhd symptoms.
4. When you finally take meds you have a week of unhinged energy. 🫠🙃
