Beecraigs parkrun today: 5km of mud, hills, and regret. Weather said “dry-ish”, Beecraigs said “absolutely not”. Set off too fast, questioned life choices by minute 8, finished covered in mud and pride. Marshals smiled knowingly. Shoes will never recover. 10/10, would suffer again next week #parkrun

🎬 Over on Patreon, I’ve shared an exciting update from the British Horror Studio. Our The B-Team held a crucial meeting to plan their very first feature film. Meanwhile, our lads worked hard, clearing a mountain of crumbling plaster to prep the space for transforming into a Hospital Ward! #horror
