Let’s hope that Amy Klobuchar can step up and fight ICE with the same anger and vitriol that she usually takes out on her staffers.

ICE is not enforcing the law, they are enforcing the will of a tyrant, and anybody who treats them with legitimacy is acting as an ally to fascism.

Preferably devote the vast majority their non-session time to aiding in protests and community safeguards against ICE, as well as opposing all federal funding for ICE and other weaponized federal agencies.

I feel like federal-level Minnesota politicians should narrow their focus to the fact that ICE is terrorizing, abducting, and murdering their communities. Hockey games are fun and all, but you should be devoting your social media presence to bringing awareness and calling for an end to ICE terror.

One reason I believe Walz and Frey have been useless is that if they gave the order to the police or national guard to protect residents against ICE, they would not follow it because they support ICE and this administration. At that point, they would lose the legitimacy of their elected position.

The United States has always violated international law in Latin America, and under Trump it will only get more blatant and destructive. This is the same behavior that we would sanction and condemn Putin’s Russia for, but people still act like we have any moral superiority as a nation.
