I cook preferred meals for a small group of elders. All someone needs to do is pick it up for them. Today’s delivery is 90 miles away. She loves Gnocchi. So that’s what I made for her. No cost. Only requirement, someone needs to pick it up for her and and deliver. Others are within 25 miles.

I met Matt Lee on a ride & found he played jazz. He pulled his music up on his bike & I immediately said it sounded like David Sanborn. He said, damn u know your jazz. That was a Sunday, I found out Monday Sanborn passed away that Sunday in the afternoon about the time we were talking about him.

Getting a good dose of Jazz today. Chuck Mangione, Bob James, Matt Lee (we ride together), David Sanborn, Bob Marley, George Benson, and some Grover Washington, Jr. I haven’t listen to my jazz collection in over 40 years. Jumped to the 60s. Certainly a more peaceful time.
