Ligurian pesto is my favorite way to enjoy pesto. Potatoes, green beans, and trofie pasta all go so well together. We enjoyed it with the steak salad with port cherries and French sheep feta. Tastes like spring.

I made some focaccia and we enjoyed the last bit of it to make sandwiches with burrata, prosciutto, sautΓ©ed greens and nduja. If you are in the US and fan of Calabrian chilis or nduja, I HIGHLY recommend Nduja Bella in Seattle. They are fantastic and such wonderful people. They ship! #ndujabella

I love them! It is hard to find them fresh, but I love roasting them. Reminds me of visiting Suzi in autumn and winter. These were made with chestnut flour though.
