the admin across the NHS is genuinely dire at all levels but bafflingly so when it comes to A&E, the amount of times you have to explain yourself over and over and over again because they are just... completely incapable of passing notes on to other people is baffling to me and i despise it

The immensely frustrating thing here is that this opinion hinges on the immutability of sex (to tie all trans people to our "birth sex") while also acknowledging the mutability of sex to justify the exclusion of transitioned men from single-sex spaces.
