I'm using my late aunt Norina's yarn to make potpourri sachets to gift to her fam/friends.

Two cakes of yarn, one burgundy, one white. The white one sits on a hanging spindle of sorts. White yarn has been cast on to a circular needle, which is sitting on top of the cake of burgundy yarn.

I'm in a weird New Year's headspace.
Usually I go into January rolling my eyes at the notion of resolutions and fresh starts.
This year I'm feeling weirdly optimistic and am forcibly preventing myself from making all the resolutions.
I am uncomfortable with this reversal of mindset.

My brain is so tired it just confused capybaras and chupacabras.

My cousin wanted to do a practice pet session before opening her studio to holiday appointments so I took Cora down for an adventure. Pup was so excited that we got four good shots in between licking the photographer’s face. She did a lot with not much to work with!
