I have insignificant first world problem. I bought 3 fountain pen cases that hold a total of 36 pens. The total of cleaned pens + new pens + pens pulled from the archive = 38. Now I have to pick 2 pens to archive for a little.
Ideally I’d only be at 12 or 24 inked but I can’t help myself.
Eight of 24 fountain pens are piston or vac. The one thing I wish I do is be ok with less than 10 inked pens. I’m pretty sure I’ll be inking 36 this time around. Sigh.
Time to do something I’ve been avoiding for ages…. Cleaning my piston fountain pens.
All yall getting on the Costco bandwagon, but complaining about the bulk need to think broader. Get some of your fellow broke AF friends, list all the things yall need, see what are similar and then split the costs. If it becomes a popular thing, get the fancy pants money back executive card.
This empathy thing sucks, man. Called out bc insomnia + rain ≠ safe driving conditions. Having disabilities means I call out more than others…. But my empathetic ass is feeling guilty bc it’s gotta suck having to work w someone like me.

Occasionally I wonder if I followed through w a thing @ 18 & I’m actually in hell & being punished for a thing that ppl say one will be punished for doing. I can usually talk myself out of this… but the way this year has started has me going: “I dunno man…”

I realized something tonight: after being on social media for close to two decades, I’ve started to pre-hear the troll responses to posts I compose in my mind.
It’s probably the number one reason I don’t post most of what I want to. I can imagine the lectures and well-actually’s, and I just quit.

Not that I don’t like small breeds… I just really like ginormous, fluffy dogs.
I did have a coworker who did say I was speaking kinda fast / manic once and I honestly appreciated it bc I know I can get that way and I’m sure it’s exhausting lol.
I am a mental health peer and I swear sometimes it feels like my coworkers are like “yep…. She cray” or thinking “for the love of god, shut up!”
Those are the mornings where I’m beating my self up on the commute home. Sometimes I’ll check in w my work bestie and they’ll tell me I’m overthinking.
I often leave the shift exchange feeling as if I was a little manic and too talkative and swear to keep my mouth shut during the next one.
I’m here for this. Even if I have an irrational dislike of Montana.

I dunno if I’m here for it yet. My threads algorithm is weird. I get a lot of great stuff from Black women, but I feel like I’m unintentionally invading their space. My replies to car threads gets me “tell me a good mobile mechanic” from a person w no location. I have mixed feels on the MH threads.
