Only a 5 lbs PR, but when I hit 500 about a year ago I was 195 BW, so very happy with it. Could have done more too 🙏🏻

Pretty happy with my physical progress this year. I put on good weight without putting on too much fat. I definitely took my training more seriously. Excited for this next year!
