COVID doubled death rates in pregnancy pre-vaccine, and mountains of evidence show COVID causes worse outcomes for mom & baby. Evidence also shows vaccination has no adverse effects on pregnancy or baby but does protect them.

Given that the wrong error can be critical in healthcare, I think it’s something that should happen. Unfortunately I don’t see it being done proactively. Not until the cost of the errors outweighs the cost and effort of creating the safeguards.
