It's wild how much those Previas go for now... I ended up getting a GMC Safari AWD and really liked it. I felt like a true NW sider with that thing. I ended up selling it after a year and immediately regretted it.

Just a heads up to folks on the NW Side with toddlers... I spotted a nice Guardian boys bike for $9 and a Yuba balance bike for $11 at Unique at Kimball and Elston. Guardians are actually legit bikes with light frames, real brakes and are assembled in good ol' Seymour, Indiana.
I'm not sure what canceling with Spectrum is like, but when I've had to cancel with Comcast or AT&T in the past, they effectively stonewall and stall you for as long as they can. Hopefully it goes smoothly!
Real estate stocks have not been immune to the latest market downturn. In the last week:
- CoStar is down ~20% and notched a new 52-week low
- Real Brokerage is down 11%
- Zillow has dropped 10%
- Compass is down ~9%
- Opendoor is down ~13%
- Re/max and eXP are down ~5-7%

It's also fun for the grandkids to splash around in and be crazy while keeping an eye on them while you lay in bed watching the Weather Channel or The Fugitive playing for the umpeenth time on cable TV.
The hot tub with the solarium in the bedroom is there so that you can listen to your Jon Secada, Toni Braxton and Michael Bolton while unwinding or being romantic all in the same room and space.

Now that the "big" storm is behind us, I was reminded by Google Photos of the biggest storm I recall in recent years. It absolutely dumped snow on Chicago on February 15, 2021 and here's what the snow piles along the sidewalks looked like a couple days later.
My daughter told me that she loves me like a dozen times (and I said it back as many times).

I was relieved to see that it was snowing lat night... It meant that it was finally getting to be warm enough to snow
I love how folks in other parts of the country are panic buying groceries and in Chicago, it's just another day of waiting your turn for tamales and hot chocolate.
