So if you’re not giving any gardeners, housekeepers, nannies, caregivers, etc. a raise of at least 2.7%, then you’re effectively giving them a pay cut.

Letting go of my own standard of perfectionism is quite literally my hardest battle of the year.
The Wizard of Oz/Wicked really just illustrates how yt women have always been championed as the standard for femininity/beauty, support oppression just as much as yt men, and use victimhood as a shield to avoid accountability. Whole time mid asf and lacking morals.
