Interested in hearing any experiences, benefits re becoming a UNICEF Rights Respecting School Looking at linking our strategic work with the Rights of the Child joining local efforts to something altogether bigger/global. Not sure we can justify cost at present but starting small steps #UKEdGovs

At the core of any good school is excellent teaching, which requires good behaviour, which needs strong SLT and sytems, but which also requires engagement, which needs a relevant curriculum, which requires subject knowledge, which needs support, but also empathy.
It's not simple.
