This song is very “thank you for saving me, male lover” when Hamlet literally ruined Ophelia’s life. Sad

Also without mentioning how scanning ID’s are not as bulletproof of a plan as you may think. I’ve seen people use stock photos or take pictures of people off the internet to scan just to avoid it, so what’s even the point?

Creating a censorship like this simply doesn’t work and doesn’t prevent kids from having access to things they shouldn’t. I’m all for kids being protected by pedos over the internet but this simply isn’t the way. The only people who should be monitoring what kids do on the internet are the parents.

While I’m not from the UK so I’m not affected by this, personally it’s not just scanning ID’s that’s the problem. It’s the fact that what’s classified as NSFW is very broad. Talking about normal human anatomy stuff could be NSFW, mentioning anything about being gay or trans could be NSFW, etc. etc.
