In Italy is quite common to take your bike on the train. There are two/three dedicated areas on each train. Plus, if you have a foldable bike you can place it in luggage areas. I have been doing this every working day in the last ten years, commuting between Pisa and Florence.

Moreover, comparing our results with the literature on the efficacy of DBS in dystonia we observe that the reported efficacy seems to be proportional to the degree of burstiness associated with the genetic profile.
Briefly, neural activities recorded during pallidal DBS implant from patients with different genetic profiles converge robustly in three clusters: one tonic firing group (AOPEP, PANK2, THAP1) one bursting group (GNAL, PLAG26, KMT2B, SGCE) and one highly irregular group (TOR1A, VPS16)
