Put the name of the company in front of the name of the app... finding it can be a pain otherwise.

The politicians have gutted a the public service to some extent, robbing it of the knowledge necessary to perform a lot of tasks.
But there is a desire to shift the blame elsewhere by using outside people... and then there's the "we have the budget, so spend it" mentality.
Possibly an unnecessary distraction that alienates a bunch of people?
That said, it's your place so you should say what you feel.
The issue is that often these secretaries are just political hacks being rewarded for prior service rather than people of due knowledge and skill.
Hmmmm... I think running a government department (the secretaries), at least in theory deserve to be well-compensated. They are massive institutions and require some knowledge and ability.
A million? Unsure, but CEOs can make a tonne more than that.

This sort of shit sounds conspiratorial, but it's not; it's just our government and the attached bureaucracy have outsourced so much of government (to avoid accountability) that they scarcely do much except take advice.

I can't say that I love everything they've done, but I do love a good number of their songs and most of their albums are pretty listenable.
