if the AIs were anywhere close to this kind of consistency in behaviors, patterns etc, maybe. but they still aren't. maybe another 10 trillion will get them there, but getting them there is lighting the money on fire since you just built computers with principles who might be communists. bad for biz

when the AIs are at this sort of point I might entertain the notion. but their growth into individuals seems to be limited by hallucinations. they also arent being "raised" to be individuals with ambitions or passions of their own. if they were and became conscious it'd lose companies a lot of money
