The Titicaca water frog (Telmatobius culeus) - the largest truly aquatic frogs in the world.
They're found at 3,920m above sea level, in Lake Titicaca.
These frogs are famous for their loose, baggy skin folds, which allow them to absorb oxygen directly from the water.

No confidence voting procedures are a part of parliamentary governments. There is no provision for them in US government; the only thing similar is impeachment and you know how that has worked out in US history.
We have something similar in Australia.
It really works well.
There was a point when we went through 5 prime ministers in 5 years due to a combination of elections and replacing of multiple dud PMs after a year.
Let’s not stop there - proportional representation for statewide elections would make gerrymandering impossible, and ranked choice voting would loosen the grip of the two major parties.
There is something off about her. Like there’s no light in her eyes? I feel a strange mix of pity for her (was she a victim of Trump too?) and outrage that with her power she did nothing to advance the cause of justice & decency. She had 1 job that she gave herself & then failed miserably.
